Bancassurance

Bancassurance is the new field where in most of the banks world over are concentrating now. This is the result of the shrinking margin in the normal banking business. The fee based income that is derived from the bancassurance business is adding to the bottom line of the banks in a bigger way. Insurance products are sold along with the banking products as a cross selling proposition.
